PB Fast Set Adhesive
PB Fast Set is an amber-colored, one part urethane adhesive that fully cures in 30 minutes. It works well for indoor or outdoor applications. PB Fast Set cures from liquid to solid with a slight amount of moisture. Use it to join Precision Board Plus high density urethane sheets to make them longer or wider, and to laminate sheets together to make them thicker. The consistency of PB Fast Set is similar to honey, making it easy to apply directly from the container. No mixing is required. It works well on wood, metal and most other materials. PB Fast Set is easy to cut, carve, sand and machine, and cuts cleanly. Cure time: Full strength cure 30 minutes. For slower cure and more working time, use PB Bond-240.

Quick tips for using PB Fast Set
- Lightly spray or wipe mating pieces with water just prior to application.
- Apply just enough PB Fast Set to change the color of Precision Board Plus.
- Immediately push pieces together.
- Allow minimum of 30 minutes prior to moving bonded part.
- Keep adhesive back from outer edge for ease of sandblasting. Clamping is necessary.
- To blend joint into background after sanding, prime with FSC-88 WB primer/filler.
- Drill small hole in cap to act as dispensing nozzle. After using, cover hole with tape.

PB Bond 240

Use it to join Precision Board Plus high density urethane sheets with butt bonds to make them longer or wider, and for laminating sheets together to make them thicker. The consistency of PB Bond-240 is similar to honey, making it easy to apply directly from the container. No mixing is required. Cure time: 4 hours before moving, full strength in 12 hours.

Quick tips for using PB Bond 240
- Lightly spray or wipe mating pieces with water just prior to application.
- Apply just enough PB Bond-240 to change the color of Precision Board Plus.
- Allow PB Bond to slightly bubble and thicken before pushing pieces together.
- Allow minimum 4 hours cure prior to moving bonded part. Full strength in 12 hours.
- Keep glue line as thin as possible for ease of sandblasting. Clamping is necessary.
- To blend joint into background after sanding, prime both joint and background with FSC-88 WB primer/filler.
- Drill a small hole in cap to act as dispensing nozzle. After using, cover hole with tape.

EP-76
EP-76 Epoxy Bonding Adhesive is a two component epoxy bonding resin. It is designed to bond Precision Board to itself to make longer, wider, or thicker pieces, sheets, or blocks. EP-76 is available with a separate container of PB Granules to allow variable consistency and ease of machining. EP-76 will not shrink and can be machined, drilled, tapped, sawed, and feathered to a zero edge. It contains no metallic fillers, is a non-conductor of electricity, and will not promote electrolysis. EP-76 is suitable for interior and exterior exposure. The thickness consistency of EP-76 can be adjusted using PB-Granules to allow bonding of both horizontal and vertical surfaces. i.e.: edge bonding and sheet laminating. The durometer hardness and machinability of EP-76 can be adjusted and closely matched to the Precision Board densities by adding PB Granules as outlined in the PB EP-76 Product Data Sheet.

Quick tips for using EP-76
- Clean and dry surfaces to be bonded thoroughly
- To increase bond strength, prime entire surface with ungranulated EP-76 thinned with 50% acetone and allow to cure thoroughly
- Mix thoroughly until all streaks of color disappear: mix ratio is 27 hardner to 100 resin.
- Add granules according match density of Precision Board Plus being bonded. (see chart)
- Apply EP 76 with a putty knife, forcing material into the Precision Board Plus surface.
- Pot life (working time for 100 grams) is about 60 minutes at 75°-80°F.
- Complete cure time: approximately 24 hr.
- Total and complete mixing is necessary for complete curing. EP-76 will remain soft & tacky without adequate mixing.
