This sign is made completely from 1 1/2" PB-15 Precision Board. The box structure design was created to reduce the overall weight and cost of this 4' x 8' sign that is 12" thick.

The surface has been routed by hand using a process that was developed by Paul Keys.

Paul has also created a CD that explains in detail how to make large, interesting signs like this without any fancy tools. Call and ask him how to do it.
