Board™ HDU is a rigid, closed cell,
high density urethane material. It can be sandblasted, routed,
carved, sanded, or machined. It will not crack, twist or curl
after long exterior exposure, making it the ideal replacement for
wood signs.

This seal is
featured on the front page of the September 2002 issue of the Sign
Business Magazine.
"This work (The Pentagon
Memorial Seal) is now hanging on permanent display in the Pentagon
and was created by Shelly McMahan, owner of Smart Design, Inc. in
Woodbridge, Virginia. The original version of this seal was
created utilizing Precision Board™, a Gerber Sabre™408
router and 3-D ArtCam software. Final preparation was completed
by hand carving, sanding, cold metal spraying and painting.
The carved Precision Board™ was then cast into a mold
for duplicating the seal in the future. Shelly specializes
in cutting three dimensional signs and logo's from Precision Board™
and other substrates."
