Large Sheet Sizes

Sheet sizes are 20" x 60", 24"x60", 4'x8', 4'x10' 5'x8', 5'x10'.

We also make custom sized tooling blocks to save machining time and machining expense.

Standard sheet thickness is ¼" up to 24" thick - most densities.

We can bond sheets to make any thickness, any length, no maximum.

Since we make Precision Board Plus in large blocks we can make any thickness that most economically fits your project (ie. 7/16", 1 ¼", 2 3/8", 15 3/8" etc). You need a special thickness? We can do it. No additional board foot cost.
