We have 11 standard densities, in stock. They are: 4pcf, 6pcf, 8pcf, 10pcf, 12pcf, 15pcf, 18pcf, 20pcf, 30pcf, 40pcf, & 48pcf.
11 different densities being readily available means the appropriate density can be chosen based on the physical requirements of your project. There is no need to buy a higher density than you require since the higher the density, the higher the cost.
Precision Board Plus HDU is a cellular high density urethane (HDU) foam. The basic difference between densities is the cell wall thickness. The higher the density, the thicker the cell wall. Thicker cell walls mean the cells are finer, stronger, tougher, and heavier. Higher density also means higher price.
