| Precision Board is non-abrasive.
| Precision Board does not melt or soften during fast cutting.
| Machining speeds and feeds are normally 100%. Will not bog down
during tight turns/radius.

| Multiple proofing operations can be done on one piece. Machine-off
the proofed surface after taking measurements, re-program and do
additional proofing on new surface.

4’ x 8’, 4’ x 10’, 5’ x 8’ and 5’ x 10’. Thickness up
to 20”.
| Standard densities include: 4, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 22, 30 & 40
lbs. per cubic foot.
| Pieces can be easily bonded using PB Bond-240 one part adhesive to
create specific shapes and thicknesses. PB Bond-240 adhesive machines
the same as Precision Board.
| Also available: Primers/Fillers, Epoxy & Urethane Adhesives,
Crack & Repair materials and Smoothing Resin.
