Description:
Precision Marine Board is a rigid, closed cell, high density urethane material.
It is completely waterproof and impervious to solvents, which makes it
work well indoors or outdoors. High or low environmental temperatures,
rain, snow, ice, or frequent sprinkler waterings have no affect on this
state-of-the-art material.
Precision Board comes in standard 4' X 8', 4' X 10', 5' X 8', and 5' X 10'
sheet sizes, in thicknesses from 1/2" to 20". Other special
sizes are available upon request. Densities are available in 4, 6, 10, 15,
18, 20, 30 & 40 pounds per cubic foot. Other special densities
available upon request.
Application:
Precision Marine Board can be routed, carved, or sanded using standard or
computer aided routers, carving tools, or wood working tools. Precision
Board does not have a grain direction, which means it will lay flat and
stay flat. It will not crack, twist, or curl after long exterior exposure.
It is extremely durable.
Outstanding durability, coupled with the fact that it is completely
waterproof, makes Precision Board the ultimate all around sign making
product. After routing, carving, etc., it can be finished with all types
of sign paints and finishes, including lacquers and automotive paints. It
is not affected by any commonly used solvents. This durable product can
effectively replace wood, plastics and metals. For priming and filling

Precision Board can be bolted or screwed using drywall screws or standard
nuts and bolts. It can be bonded to itself or other substrates using
Coastal Enterprises' single component urethane adhesive, PB
Bond-240 or PB Fast Set.
